New MFF (India) Small Grant projects finalised

The call for concept notes for the second phase of MFF India's Small Grant projects was announced in early June this year. 27 concept notes were recieved in answer to the call! A sub-committee of the NCB met to evaluate the concept notes in early August; 10 concept notes were shortlisted and later approved by the full committee at the 6th meeting of the MFF India NCB in New Delhi. All 10 potential project partners were invited for a project proposal writing workshop, conducted by Dr. Don Mcintosh in late August. They were trained in preparing logical frameworks, activity based budgets, timelines and other project design tools. The final project proposals were recieved in early September; in the course of this process 2 projects were withdrawn by the project proponents. …
